I. General Information
1. I will only use Paypal for payment. If you send any other form of payment (e.g. check), I will not deposit it. Payment will be upfront in USD before I start the commission.
2. These commissions are for personal use. They cannot be used for commercial use.
3. Every commission will be completed 1 month after the invoice is paid. If I need more time to complete your commission, I will contact you. If you would like to set a deadline for your commission, your commission will be subject to an additional fee.
4. For commissions, I usually draw on a 8.75x8.75 inch (22.23x22.23 cm, 3500x3500 px) canvas at 400pdi. You may request a different size in the description/references text box in the commission form, and in further discussion with me.
5. These are digital art commissions (the final files send over will be in PNG and JPEG format).II. As the Commissioner
1. You must pay the invoice that I send through Paypal within 48 hours. Otherwise, I will cancel your commission and you will need to submit a new form.
2. You may use your commission for profile pictures and wallpapers. You may also post the commission on social media/public viewing platforms, but it must be done with credit. When posting on social media/public viewing platforms, you must always post the watermarked version. By doing this, your commission as well as my art will be protected from art theft.
3. This commission is for personal use. It cannot be reproduced in any way for profit (selling merchandise, NFTs, tracing, etc.).
4. You may never claim this artwork as your own.III. As the Artist
1. I reserve full rights to the artwork (this statement excludes the character in the commission). This means I can post this work on my social media, portfolio, etc.
2. I reserve the right to decline any commission without explanation.
3. I reserve the right to put you, the commissioner, on a public blacklist if you try to scam me or if you go against my Terms of Service.IV. Process
1. The commissioner submits a commission form. I will contact you within 48 hours through your indicated communication method on the form. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours, please do not submit another form. The quickest way to reach me is through email, so please notify me through email regarding your commission.
2. I will send a message that will confirm or decline the commission request. If confirmed, the artist and commissioner will discuss the commission. After the details are fleshed out, I will send an invoice through Paypal. Payment will be upfront, and must be sent before I begin working on the commission. You must pay the Paypal invoice within 48 hours. Otherwise, I will cancel your commission and you will need to submit a new form.
3. [SKETCHING PHASE] I want to make sure that you, the commissioner, are satisfied with the commission, so I will send sample sketches to you for free for adjustments until you confirm that you are satisfied. After your approval, we will move on to the next stage.
4. [COLORING/RENDERING PHASE] I will send over additional work-in-progress and ask questions in ensure that you are satisfied. Minor changes/adjustments can be made for free, however, any large adjustments will be subject to an additional fee.
5. The final image will be sent through a google drive link to the email you provide as well as through your indicated communication method. Minor changes/adjustments can be made for free, however, any large adjustments will be subject to an additional fee.
6. Any additional fees incurred will be sent in a separate Paypal invoice after the final image is sent and approved. You must pay this invoice within 72 hours.V. Refund Policy
1. You will receive a 100% refund from me, the artist, if I have not started your commission and you would like to cancel.
2. You will receive a 50% refund from me, the artist, if the sketching phase has already started and you would like to cancel.
3. You will not receive any refund from me, the artist, if the coloring/rendering phase has already started and you would like to cancel.
4. You will receive a 100% refund from me, the artist, if I am unable to complete your commission for any reason at any stage of the process and you have already paid.
5. You will receive a 100% refund from me, the artist, if the invoice has not yet been sent and you would like to cancel.
6. The commissioner cannot demand refunds from the artist under any circumstances after the payments are received. If a charge-back is charged against the artist by a commissioner, the rights of the commission will be retracted from the commissioner and given to the artist. The artists holds the right to file a complaint if necessary. The artist retains the right to all transactions received from the commissioner.VI. Copyright/Usage Policy
1. This commission is for personal use ONLY.
2. Icon commissions can be used for profile pictures ONLY.
3. Only post the watermarked version on social media.VII. Additional Fees
1. Additional fees are incurred after the determined upfront payment, and these fees consist of fees caused by major changes to the commission during the drawing process.
2.Any statement in these Terms of Service is subject to change with the artist prior to starting a commission. If changes are made, an email will be sent to the commissioner with the updated Terms and Conditions of Service.
